We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-time GI/Endoscopy Registered Nurse to join our team at United Surgical Partners International Inc (USPI). The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced endoscopy suite at a multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing GI/endoscopy procedures
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient procedure management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, physicians, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive work environment
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and quality of care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical procedures, technologies, and best practices in GI/endoscopy nursing

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current Florida Nursing License
  • Current BLS, ACLS certifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of GI experience, with PREOP/PACU experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing patient conditions
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and teaching skills
  • Demonstrate strong professional and ethical behavior, with a commitment to teamwork and customer service
