Position Summary
As a Team Leader in Training, you will support the General Manager in various capacities, including:
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising team members in their daily responsibilities.
- Building strong customer relationships and addressing service inquiries effectively.
- Overseeing inventory management, purchasing, maintenance, and other operational tasks.
- Formulating strategies to enhance workplace efficiency and achieve business objectives.
- Facilitating communication among management, customers, and team members.
- Assisting with deliveries as required based on operational needs.
