Position Summary

As a Team Leader in Training, you will support the General Manager in various capacities, including:
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising team members in their daily responsibilities.
  • Building strong customer relationships and addressing service inquiries effectively.
  • Overseeing inventory management, purchasing, maintenance, and other operational tasks.
  • Formulating strategies to enhance workplace efficiency and achieve business objectives.
  • Facilitating communication among management, customers, and team members.
  • Assisting with deliveries as required based on operational needs.
Step in as the acting General Manager during their absence.
