Position Overview

This role involves working with your hands to transform sheet metal into components for aircraft.

Utilize a large hydraulic press to shape aluminum sheets over molds or through chemical processes to create parts for various aircraft, including fighter jets and helicopters.

Key Responsibilities
As an operator, you will:
1. Manage machine controls effectively.
2. Operate a 15-ton crane.
3. Clean parts using a pressure washer.
4. Interpret work orders accurately.
5. Drive a forklift safely.
6. Handle aluminum sheets with care to prevent damage.
7. Collaborate with a team of two or more.

This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures. Attendance and Punctuality are critical for success in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operators will be tasked with hand routing parts using customer-supplied tools.

It is essential to follow supervisor instructions, maintain good communication with coworkers, and adhere to workplace rules and procedures. This is an entry-level position with training provided.

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
