Position Overview
As an HR Generalist, you will be instrumental in supporting the human resources functions at the corporate office.

Your responsibilities will include managing various elements of the employee lifecycle, ensuring adherence to regulations, and contributing to talent management strategies.

You will also work closely with the HRIS team to document policies and promote consistent best practices throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Employee Lifecycle Management:

Oversee tasks related to employee onboarding, talent development, and offboarding, ensuring a seamless transition for employees during their employment journey.


Compliance and Best Practices:
Stay updated on federal, state, and local HR laws and regulations. Propose best practices and participate in webinars to remain informed about industry trends and new technologies. Collaborate with the HRIS team to implement and uphold compliant processes.

Talent Management and Succession Planning:

Assist in talent review processes by preparing and consolidating materials in collaboration with functional areas; ensure the recording of Talent Review in SuccessFactors. Support talent development initiatives to align business needs with employee growth.


Employee Support:
Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR matters. Escalate complex issues to the HR Director for timely resolution.

Record Keeping and Documentation:
Maintain precise personnel records utilizing appropriate technologies. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Coordinate with other departments to manage HR-related activities. Promote effective communication and collaboration across the corporate office in partnership with the communications team.

Event Coordination and Materials Preparation:
Organize HR-related meetings, training sessions, and events. Prepare necessary materials and resources for these activities.

HR Projects and Initiatives:
Contribute to talent development initiatives, including employee check-ins, exit interviews, and surveys. Participate in ad hoc HR projects as required to support organizational growth. Assist with the Corporate Office's Summer Internship Program, encompassing recruiting, onboarding, event planning, and offboarding.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and compliance.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Proficiency in utilizing HRIS systems and other relevant technologies.
