Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team at Team1Medical, a premier Orthopedics and Pain Management clinic. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.
About the Job
As a Medical Receptionist, your primary responsibilities will include registering patients, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls. You will also be responsible for updating patient information in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will greet patients upon arrival, assist with completing necessary forms, and keep patient appointments on schedule by notifying providers of patients' arrival.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients as they arrive to the facility and provide them with appropriate information.
- Assist patients in completing all necessary forms and documentation.
- Update patients' information in the EMR system and all related records.
- Keep patient appointments on schedule by notifying providers of patients' arrival.
- Answer telephone, route calls when appropriate, and answer inquiries.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have 6 months or more of receptionist experience and a High School Diploma or GED. Additionally, you must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
