Job Summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating all technical activities on assigned projects, ensuring effective communication and coordination between all disciplines and project team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Manager with managing internal department relationships and coordinating project personnel activities.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Department regarding scope, price, submittals, and delivery for purchased items.
  • Manage job progress onsite, including leveraging design expertise to solve emergent operational and installation challenges.
  • Oversee and/or process daily administrative items, such as document control, RFIs, dailies, POs, MOPs, submittals, and procurement logs.
  • Coordinate project personnel activities to ensure the project progresses on schedule and on budget.
  • Escalate potential problems and assist the Project Manager in driving solutions to their complete resolution.
Requirements
  • BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience or a combination of experience and education.
  • High sense of integrity, business ethics, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency and proven success in interpersonal relationship building skills and positive customer service interactions.
