Integration Specialist

The Integration Analyst will be responsible for working under the general direction of the Technology Director and Application Support Manager at Susser Bank. The individual should have a strong focus on automation, possess business-related technologies skills, and demonstrate a customer service mindset.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Application Support team, business stakeholders, functional users, and IT team members to ensure seamless integration of systems.
- Extract data daily for various departments including audit, compliance, accounting, and marketing to support business decision-making.
- Create and automate report delivery for daily tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Generate special reports as needed to provide insights and support business objectives.
- Maintain and create report creation processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Design and implement system integrations based on business needs to improve data flow and reduce manual processing.
- Document and maintain processes for report production and integrations to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Provide technical support to bank employees on reporting and integration processes to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure reliable operation of business application processes to minimize downtime and errors.
- Support staff with business applications to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Stay updated on existing applications and systems functionality to ensure optimal performance and integration.
- Assist with the implementation of business applications to ensure successful adoption and integration.
- Communicate project scope with bank departments to ensure alignment and understanding.
- Review vendor publications for testing and process impacts to ensure compliance and quality.
- Provide follow-up support for processes to ensure ongoing success and improvement.
- Own application issues and facilitate resolution to minimize downtime and errors.
- High school or equivalent degree required.
- Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of data analytics experience.
- Minimum of three years of integration experience.
- Banking experience preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Jack Henry Banking systems, Salesforce, RESTful and SOAP APIs, SQL, R, Python, Java, Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, MuleSoft, Kafka, data analysis, data visualization, integration platforms.
- Proficient in statistical methods, database systems, problem-solving, and project management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
