Speech Language Pathologist Specialist for K-12 Education

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Kaleidoscope Education Solutions. As a leading provider of in-person and online related services for K-12 education staffing, we are dedicated to creating the perfect match for your skills and experience.

In this role, you will work closely with our clients to find amazing Speech Language Pathologists to take on full-time or part-time caseloads and provide speech services in school settings for roles in Cleveland or surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and provide necessary services to help students achieve their Individual Education Programs (IEP) goals with excellence.
  • Assist in screenings/evaluations and provide appropriate goals for students.
  • Consult with teachers and other classroom staff as needed.
  • Maintain appropriate records and documentation.
  • Attend meetings to ensure student success through stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Master's Degree.
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist Ohio State License.
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a school-based setting or other work with children (preferred).
  • Experience supporting children with articulation/phonology, auditory processing challenges, and/or learning disabilities.
