Cardiovascular Recovery Area Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Recovery Area (CVRA) team. As a CVRA Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct care and counseling to patients in the CVRA program
- Collaborate with the program's team to ensure effective patient care and follow-up
- Monitor and maintain emergency equipment according to BWH Cardiac Rehabilitation policies
- Perform physical examinations, functional assessments, and provide preventive health interventions as needed
- Review and assess lab and diagnostic tests to inform patient care decisions
- Current registration in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in Nursing preferred
- Current ACLS certification required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including 8 or 10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm
