Role Impact

The Lead Identity Access Management Engineer position provides you with the autonomy to shape your daily responsibilities while collaborating with a team that values your contributions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing client requirements and developing comprehensive solution frameworks.
  • Creating and implementing moderately complex technical solutions.
  • Employing a structured methodology in solution design.
  • Overseeing the upkeep of existing technical solutions as necessary.
Qualifications

Experience Required
Minimum of 2 years in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Essential Skills
  • Proficient in service management principles for networks, including ITIL practices and Agile methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Cyberark, Hashicorp Vault, or similar Privileged Access Management tools.
  • Experience with Python, REST APIs, and developing plugins for Cyberark.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to plan and disseminate information effectively.
  • Capability to conceptualize ideas as systems and analyze their components.
  • Expertise in cloud technologies and computing.
  • Experience with password management software such as Duo, IAG NuID, or Ping Identity.
  • Proficient in programming, including coding and debugging in relevant languages.
  • Adept at identifying operational errors and implementing corrective measures.
  • Experience in risk assessment and management, including evaluating controls and conducting impact assessments.
  • Ability to gather and articulate information to clarify concepts and address critical inquiries.
  • Experience in monitoring and managing operating systems, ensuring they are up-to-date with patches and upgrades.
  • Skilled in enhancing operational excellence and overseeing operational processes.
  • Experience in identifying performance metrics and taking necessary actions to improve system performance.
  • Capable of managing project plans, resources, and personnel to ensure successful project outcomes.
Technical Proficiencies
  • Proficient in Amazon Web Services (AWS) offerings, development, and networking platforms.
  • Experienced with Cyberark and other Privileged Access Management tools.
