Work Environment:
This position is designated as On-Site.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers and identify the best solutions to resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customers to enhance sales by identifying related products or additional offerings.
  • Process customer orders and address inquiries, questions, or complaints regarding Parts and Supply services, providing solutions to ensure satisfaction and future sales.
  • Stay informed about Trane Products, offerings, and promotions to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales.
  • Engage with customers both via phone and in person.
  • Execute quote and order management processes with a high degree of accuracy to expedite fulfillment and ensure timely delivery - entering quotes and invoices and following through on fulfillment.
  • Assist with warehouse and inventory management tasks as needed.
  • Willingness to work overtime or weekends as required.
Your Qualifications:
  • GED or High School Diploma is required.
  • Experience in inside sales, retail, or a related field is preferred.
  • Background in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with a focus on service, continuous improvement, and safety.
  • Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and maintain professional service even in challenging situations.
Compensation Overview:

Base Salary: Starts at $48,000, based on experience, is eligible for overtime, and includes an incentive plan.

Total Target Cash includes a combination of fixed base salary and commissions from sales. Our commission plans are uncapped and grow with your success.
