Job Summary

The Medical Care Specialist will be responsible for performing various patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients. This role will assist in maintaining a safe and clean environment, working closely with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Perform patient care activities and related non-professional services
  • Assist in maintenance of safe and clean environment
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Completion of Nurse Assistant training program and successful certification
  • Maintain nursing assistant certification while employed at RRH
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Continuing education required for renewal certificate
  • BLS certification required and maintained thereafter
