Critical Care Nurse Specialist

About the Role
This position requires a highly skilled and adaptable nurse who can assess and treat patients quickly and effectively. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of recent experience in an ER setting and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
• Providing rapid assessment and treatment to patients with emergent medical conditions
• Administering medications and performing procedures as needed
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to stabilize patients and ensure optimal outcomes
• Monitoring patient vital signs and response to treatment
• Advocating for patients' needs and coordinating care transitions
