**Salary and Benefits**
We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from $700,000 to $775,000 per year, plus a bonus structure based on performance. Job Description
As a Gastroenterology Physician Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide expert gastroenterological care to patients in our outpatient clinics and inpatient units. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-focused services and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide expert gastroenterological care, including patient consultations, diagnoses, management, and treatment of digestive system disorders.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and maintain detailed patient records.
- Develop and communicate effective treatment plans with patients and their caregivers.
- Maintain a reasonable patient load to ensure high-quality care: 16-20 patients per clinic day, depending on the complexity of patients.

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution.
- Active CA Medical License required to start. Assistance is available for licensing.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology.
- Excellent bedside manners and communication skills.
