We're seeking a highly skilled Thermal Engineer to join our AI Infrastructure Team in Austin, Texas, Santa Clara, California, or Hopkinton, Massachusetts. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in developing next-generation large-scale AI Infrastructure with a focus on leading cooling and thermal technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead critical industry relationships with the supply base to develop advanced cooling technologies for AI solutions.
  • Help develop business cases for future product strategies and position the supply base for working in the Dell supply chain at scale.
  • Engage with high-profile AI customers to optimize solutions for their applications.
  • Work closely with suppliers, CTO organization, and hardware engineering to enable the supply base to move at scale.
  • Partner with Procurement and Operations to lead longer-term supplier and category strategies.
Requirements:
  • Senior-level experience in technical design with thermals/liquid cooling technologies.
  • Deep industry and supplier knowledge, particularly in product development and engineering.
  • Strong relationships with the supply base and the ability to build long-term technical engagement strategies.
  • Expertise in liquid and air-cooling solutions to support data center deployments.
What We Offer:

Dell is committed to Fair and Equitable compensation practices. The Base Salary Range for this role is $192,000 - $258,000. You'll also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
