Position Overview:
As a State Registered Nursing Aide (SRNA) at Homestead Post Acute, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your commitment to quality service and teamwork will help create a nurturing environment for those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive assistance with residents' Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
  • Conduct regular rounds to ensure resident comfort and safety.
  • Maintain open communication with nursing staff and fellow team members.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and their families.

Work Schedule:
Enjoy the flexibility of full-time or part-time shifts, including 12-hour shifts from 7 am to 7 pm on weekdays and rotating weekends. A Weekend Shift Differential of $5 per hour is available for shifts worked from Friday 7 am to Monday 7 am.

Compensation and Benefits:
