Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Post Holdings is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Gaylord, Minnesota facility.

Job Summary:

This is a regular full-time position responsible for performing process and production maintenance throughout the facility. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including equipment breakdowns, installation, and startups
  • Implement process improvements and preventative maintenance programs
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical power transmission equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and other facility equipment
  • Utilize CMMS to support the maintenance function, including review, execution, and documentation of scheduled and unscheduled work
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all safety policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior training and education in OSHA 10 Hour, HAZMAT, Arc Flash, LOTO, electrical systems, and fall protection preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in industrial operations, plant operations, maintenance, utilities, and/or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to do basic math
