Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician to join our team at Serra Traverse City. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex diesel engine issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair diesel engine problems using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer technical bulletins and participate in ongoing training and development.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technicians as needed.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
