About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Condominium Assistant Manager to join our team at Ocean Rivera. As a key member of our property management team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our condominium community.

Job Summary:

  • Assist the Property Manager in managing daily operations of the property
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance and repairs of the property
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
  • Process resident applications for available units
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents through engaging communications
  • Ensure the property meets safety standards through regular inspections
  • Enforce community rules and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records of resident and community information
  • Assist in the preparation of community policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in property management or related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Building Link, Accounting software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
