Job Title: Computer Systems Repair Specialist

eBryIT is seeking a skilled Computer Systems Repair Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Systems Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for repairing and diagnosing Dell laptops and desktops. You will also be responsible for placing broken down boxes and packing material in customer-provided on-site designated areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Repair laptops and computer systems with possible imaging
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
  • Proven experience as a computer repair technician or similar role
  • Excellent technical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Works well in a fast-paced and exciting environment
Requirements:
  • Must pass a 7-year criminal background check and 10-panel drug screening
  • Own reliable transportation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must have state minimum auto insurance
  • Good driving record over the last 3 years
