About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiology team at Providence Saint John's Medical Foundation. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement delegated patient care functions under the direction of the Physician, Health Clinic Supervisor, Health Clinic Operations Manager, and the Director of Practice Management.
  • Serve as a resource for Medical Assistants, Patient Care Reps, and LVNs.
  • Perform functions according to established health clinic standards of care and scope of practice.
  • Respond appropriately to patients and families with knowledge of age-specific needs based on scope of service of unit/department where assigned.
Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized RN program.
  • California Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Provider Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association.
  • Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association.
  • Recent, hospital or clinic direct patient care experience on an acute, sub-acute, ambulatory, or skilled nursing facility.
  • Three years: Medical office experience.
