Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accreditation Specialist to join our Quality Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our compliance with accreditation standards from The Joint Commission, CMS, and AHCA, promoting quality and patient safety across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead continuous readiness efforts for accreditation compliance.
  • Collaborate with legal, risk management, and departmental leaders to address regulatory vulnerabilities.
  • Coordinate accreditation initiatives and manage the Accreditation and Regulatory Readiness Committee.
  • Develop educational resources and ensure regulatory updates are communicated.
  • Plan and manage logistics for unannounced surveys and accreditation activities.
  • Assist in corrective action planning and implementation post-survey.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing; RN License required.
  • Experience with healthcare accreditation and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
