* Act as the liaison between customers and our service department, understanding customer needs and communicating effectively with the team
* Allocate work assignments to technicians and ensure work follows established procedures and quality standards
* Monitor and review the progress of work orders, ensuring deadlines are met and any issues or delays are promptly addressed
* Maintain and update service records, including work orders, repair logs, and customer information
* Draft, review, and process warranties promptly
* Support processing billing for completed work orders
* Assist with coverage of dispatchers in their absence and help support dispatching technicians when needed
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe and clean working environment for both employees and customers
* Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes

Requirements:

* High School diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years experience in a shop or service environment
* Basic computer skills
* Attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
* High sense of urgency with respect to customer service
* Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills

Working Conditions:

* Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
