Job Title: Overnight Member Services Representative

At Crunch Fitness, we're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Overnight Member Services Representative. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cleaning assignments during the overnight shift to ensure a clean and safe environment for our members.
  • Prepare the facility for the morning shift, including setting up equipment and supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Assist with membership sales, retail sales, and tanning product sales to help our members achieve their fitness goals.
  • Promote membership privileges, including tanning, group fitness, small group training, and childcare, to enhance the overall member experience.
  • Deliver on new member enrollment expectations, ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding process.
  • Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures, resolving any member check-in issues that may arise.
  • Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner, providing excellent customer service to our members and guests.
  • Communicate special events and promotions to members and guests, keeping them informed about what's happening at the club.
  • Facilitate all member requests or forward them to a manager, ensuring that our members receive the support they need.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous disposition, providing a positive experience for our members and guests.
  • Be an expert in all club facilities, services, programs, and schedules/hours of operation, ensuring that our members have a seamless experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards.
  • Navigate all stations of the front desk area, including check-in, Relax & Recover, guest services, and membership sales.
  • Perform opening and closing checklists and duties, ensuring that the club is prepared for the next shift.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Must be able to lift or move up to 50lb.
    • Physical effort required for daily duties include prolonged standing and walking.
Reporting Structure:

Reports directly to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
