As a Quality Assurance Specialist at North Star Scientific Corporation, you will be responsible for conducting thorough visual and mechanical inspections throughout various stages of the manufacturing process. This includes Receiving, In-Process, and Final inspections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate detailed reports and maintain accurate records of nonconforming materials.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and maintain various quality documentation.
- Provide valuable insights for process improvements.
- Assist in inventory management and packaging/shipping operations as required.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with team members across departments.
The responsibilities outlined above serve as a general framework for the role and may encompass additional duties as assigned by management, which are similar or related in nature.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.

- Excellent communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
