We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Care Specialist to join our team at Dialysis Newco, Inc. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality dialysis care to patients living with kidney disease.
Responsibilities- Patient Care: You will work directly with patients to provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment. This includes completing and documenting physical assessments before and after treatments and monitoring patients during treatment.
- Teamwork: You will be a critical member of our team, working under the supervision of a Charge Nurse to provide all required patient assessment and care planning activities. You will also ensure center staffing requirements are met at all times under the direction of the Administrator and according to state regulations for staffing ratios.
- Safety and Quality: You will adhere to all company policies and procedures and state and federal laws and regulations. You will participate in all required staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
- Current Nursing License: You must have a current nursing license in the applicable state.
- Color Vision: You must be able to distinguish all primary colors.
- Experience: One or more years of current nursing experience is preferred, with previous dialysis nursing experience also preferred.
