Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Per Diem MRI Technologist to join our Radiology team at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of M.R. and x-ray imaging procedures in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform MRI and x-ray imaging procedures with independence and resourcefulness.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of imaging protocols and procedures, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring a positive experience for each individual.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree from a 2-year AMA-approved Radiology school or a 1-year MRI technologist program.
  • New York State license in Radiologic Technology.
  • ARRT registration (MRI) (R) and MRI certification (MR).
  • Experience with multimodality/CT imaging and certification a plus.
