The Senior Service Technician (SST) operates in the field, working autonomously to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain our chemical dispensing systems along with other equipment utilized in commercial foodservice or laundry environments.

Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic and a readiness to acquire new skills through provided training.

This individual should have a foundational understanding of electronics, plumbing, maintenance, or mechanical systems, along with the capability to troubleshoot using root cause analysis.

A moderate working knowledge of relevant tools, data, and service requirements is essential. Proficiency in laptop and mobile technology, including but not limited to Salesforce, Microsoft Word, and Excel, is required.


The candidate must hold a valid driver's license and car insurance, and own a reliable vehicle with a minimum of 50 cubic feet of cargo capacity.

Occasional overnight travel is necessary.

Essential Job Functions
The work schedule typically consists of a 5-day work week / 8 hours per day, but may include 12-hour shifts, occasional weekends, and night shifts.

Work Environment:
Concrete, asphalt (uneven surfaces).
Utilize a computer keyboard to input and access data, and operate a phone.
The ability to work in extreme temperatures, both hot and cold, typically in warehouse conditions with significant temperature variations, dust, and dirt.
The ability to perceive various visual and audible alarms and signals for equipment startup, evacuation, and fire emergencies.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
The candidate must be capable of operating a motor vehicle and spend approximately 30% of the day traveling safely in urban, rural, and expressway conditions.

Other Requirements
The candidate must reside in the specified city.
On-call coverage may include occasional weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
