Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to service requests from the Service Resource Center, which includes a brief overview of equipment/system issues. Engaging with customer representatives to identify equipment/system challenges. Executing service and repairs on fire sprinkler systems in commercial, industrial, and residential environments. Adhering to specified troubleshooting protocols and consulting technical manuals, part manuals, change notices, and bulletins to diagnose and rectify equipment issues. Interpreting blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems, programs, schematics, and operational product manuals. Exhibiting strong customer service skills by maintaining communication with district staff and clients for complete satisfaction. Completing Service Acknowledgements electronically with appropriate coding and securing customer approval. Participating in an on-call rotation. Performing other assigned tasks as needed.

We are looking for candidates who possess:

5 years of demonstrated experience in the Fire Sprinkler/Suppression field. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Willingness to travel. Capability to follow verbal and written instructions and perform physical tasks. Flexible availability, including weekends. Participation in an on-call rotation schedule and readiness for overnight travel. A customer service-oriented mindset and quick learning ability. Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Current (F Card) State Fire Protection License or Journeyman License.

Preferred qualifications include:

NICET Certification - ability to obtain within the first year.
