In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team of fire sprinkler technicians and helpers, ensuring seamless project execution and high-quality results.
  • Read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints, drawings, and specifications, to determine the layout and installation of fire sprinkler systems.
  • Ensure that all installations and repairs are carried out in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards, maintaining a high level of safety and compliance.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures, and promoting a culture of safety within the team.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on fire sprinkler system installation, maintenance, and repair techniques, enhancing their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a fire sprinkler construction foreman or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, including wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems, as well as relevant codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, such as blueprints and specifications.
  • Deep understanding of fire codes, regulations, and industry standards, such as NFPA 13, 20, and 25.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with a clean driving record.
