Job Title: AI Security Consulting Director

TEKsystems is seeking a highly skilled AI Security Consulting Director to join our team. As a key member of our Cloud Security AI team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of AI security solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement AI security solutions for clients, including LLM model supply chain, runtime security, and GenAI overall security.
  • Build and own the Cloud Security AI domain roadmap, including defining a cybersecurity framework, building and updating technical specifications documents, and creating comprehensive threat models.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely remediation of vulnerabilities and other security issues identified in local, build time, and runtime environments for AI workloads.
  • Build key security metrics dashboards and reports to track and measure security performance.
  • Direct AI and application teams in onboarding cloud security requirements, working with vendors to troubleshoot platform and integration issues.
Requirements:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English to work effectively with end-users and IT personnel.
  • Demonstrated ability with scripting, coding, and automation (e.g., Python, shell scripting).
  • Knowledge of threat modeling frameworks, such as MITRE ATT&CK/ MITRE ATLAS.
  • Proven track record of building CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure, with a focus on security.
  • Expert knowledge of Cloud Security (GCP preferred).
  • Knowledge of AI/ML security standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in securing a multi-cloud environment.
  • Familiarity with supply-chain attacks, prompt injections, model poisoning, data leakage, inadequate sandboxing, unauthorized code execution.
  • Mastery of automation tools (e.g., Concourse, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible).
  • Excellent hands-on experience with securing containers at scale.
  • Expert knowledge with one or more various Linux operating systems.
  • Good experience with data security at scale (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and CloudSQL experience).
  • Good experience with AI Models managed services such as VertexAI, Azure Open AI.
  • Working knowledge of Data Analytics technologies such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Experience with Google Cloud security services such as VPC Service Control, Security Command Center, Binary Authorization, Cloud DLP.
  • Working knowledge of industry-leading security tools such as CSPM (Prisma Cloud, Wiz, Uptycs), CWPP (Prisma Defender, CrowdStrike, Tenable), or Identity protection (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta).
