You will be responsible for collecting blood samples, performing venipuncture, and providing clinical support services to our patients. You will work closely with our diverse team of providers and administrative assistants to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care.

Key Responsibilities- Collect blood samples and perform venipuncture
- Provide clinical support services to patients
- Work closely with providers and administrative assistants to ensure seamless care
- Utilize technology to navigate lab systems and communicate with team members
- Provide exceptional patient care and experience
- Active phlebotomy certification in CA
- At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in computer technology, including typing and navigating software systems
- Experience working on collaborative, diverse teams

This is a full-time role with 8-hour shifts, generally taking place between 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, based in Menlo Park.
