Senior Director, Channel Partnerships

TriNetX is seeking a seasoned Senior Director to lead our Channel Partnerships team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion through strategic partnerships across the life sciences industry.

About the Role

This is a critical role that requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the life sciences industry and Real-World Data (RWD). You will bring exceptional relationship-building skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for channel partnerships to drive growth and expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.
  • Grow the partner ecosystem to meet & exceed sales goals and expand TriNetX's reach in the life sciences sector.
  • Collaborate with partners and TriNetX's commercial & marketing teams to develop and execute joint sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to optimize partnership effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles, with a focus on the healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare and life sciences industries, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory considerations.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Strong business acumen, oral and written communications skills, and the ability to successfully interface and build relationships at all levels in the organization.
