**Responsibilities:**

* Assist in planning and implementing activities that meet the needs of our residents, including arts and crafts, games, and other recreational activities.

* Provide support and supervision to residents during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.

* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement activity plans that meet the needs of our residents.

* Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity plans.

**Requirements:**

* Valid Class B driver's license in MA required. Class C preferred. Clean driving record required.

* High School Diploma required.

* Ability to plan, organize, and supervise group recreational activities required.

* Experience with elder care preferred.
