Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Caregiver to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities at Steady Care Behavioral LLC.

The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable, with a strong ability to provide personalized support and care. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and housekeeping tasks, as well as providing companionship and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
  • Support mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment through housekeeping activities
  • Dispense medication according to prescribed schedules
  • Provide companionship and engage in social activities
  • Accompany clients on errands and shopping trips

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Caregiver or Home Health Aide
  • First aid and CPR certification
  • Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
