Overview:
We are in search of a Nursing Unit Supervisor (RN/LPN) dedicated to providing exceptional care for our Residents. The selected candidate will join our esteemed Nursing Administrative Team. The ideal applicant will be a skilled and responsible professional committed to delivering top-notch nursing care. Our objective is to enhance the well-being of our patients through high-quality nursing services.
Key Responsibilities of the Nursing Unit Supervisor:
- Monitor and evaluate patients' conditions and assess their needs to deliver optimal care and guidance.
- Observe and interpret symptoms presented by Residents and communicate findings to medical professionals.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to create personalized care plans for patients.
- Conduct routine procedures (such as blood pressure checks, administering injections, etc.) and maintain accurate patient records.
- Adjust and administer medications and provide treatments in accordance with physicians' directives.
