Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at Efficus, Inc. in a challenging and rewarding role on the 609C Acute Med Unit - Med Surg RN.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless patient transitions
Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical-surgical setting
Current BLS and NIHSS certifications
Ability to work 13 weeks, including 2 major holidays and 1 minor holiday
Work Environment:
Our 20-bed General Med unit serves a diverse patient population with a wide range of diagnoses, including pneumonia, sepsis, UTI, ETOH, behavioral health, anemia, and minor post-op cases.
