RN - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Clinical Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced NICU RN to assume a leadership role in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and dedicated professional to take on a supervisory position and contribute to the success of our hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team, including delegating tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing staff
Requirements:
- 2+ years of RN experience, including at least 1 year in the NICU
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred
- Previous leadership experience in a charge or above role; Supervisory experience preferred
- ACLS, NRP, PALS certified
- Availability to work night shift 7p-7a
