About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Analyst Infrastructure to join our team at Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits. As a key member of our IT organization, you will play a critical role in gathering and interpreting data, gathering and documenting business requirements, and defining and documenting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain business requirements documents, use cases, and risk registers
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements
  • Design and document processes and process flow to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure analysis and business analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and ITIL v4
