Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Schweiger Dermatology Group. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for executing all front office duties and providing exceptional support to patients, providers, and support staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Phone and Scheduling: Proficiently and efficiently handle all incoming phone calls, scheduling-related tasks, and online leads in a timely and knowledgeable fashion while creating a positive phone call experience for each caller.
  • Front Office Support: Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere to enhance quality of service and care offered to patients and for respective provider(s).
  • Inventory and Supplies: Perform inventory responsibilities and stocking of supplies and equipment as requested.
  • Training and Development: Attend all in-house training and continued education opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Healthcare Experience: Healthcare experience is preferred.
  • Medical Receptionist Experience: Medical receptionist experience is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using EMR software and patient scheduling systems is preferred.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are required.
  • Customer Service: Excellent patient relation and customer services skills are essential.
  • Availability: Open availability to work during weekdays and weekends is required.
