Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a managed service provider (MSP) environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and other common business applications.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong customer service and communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Certifications: Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, with standard working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, occasional after-hours work may be required for network maintenance and support.
