Job Summary:

C C State Supported Living Center is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide advanced therapeutic services to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat individuals with developmental disabilities, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including wound care, gait disturbances, pain management, and orthotic device fabrication.
  • Develop and implement complex physical nutritional management programs and treatment protocols to improve or maintain individuals' health and function.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support services.
  • Conduct assessments and render clinical and consultative services to consumers, ensuring high-quality care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited college or university program with major coursework in occupational therapy.
  • Experience in therapeutic rehabilitation work, preferably with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Registration or licensure as a Licensed Therapist in Occupational Therapy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with therapeutic equipment and specialized modalities.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
