Certified Nursing Assistant Specialist

We're seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant Specialist to join our team at IntelyCare.
Salary: $25-$35 per hour, with the potential for overtime and bonuses.
About the Job:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities.
- Follow resident care plans and maintain accurate records.
- Measure and monitor vital signs, reporting any concerns to your supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene and mobility.
- Keep residents' rooms clean and hygienic, including changing linens and sanitizing surfaces.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
