Position Overview

This is a field-based position, and candidates should reside within the designated territory.

Territory Coverage:
Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of product clinical data and effectively communicate the value proposition of ELAHERE to healthcare professionals while maintaining an objective perspective on associated risks.
2. Achieve business goals while upholding ethical standards and integrity.
3. Acquire in-depth knowledge of oncology clinical practices and market dynamics.
4. Cultivate and sustain a robust understanding of assigned accounts and key stakeholders' perceptions of ELAHERE.
5. Leverage approved resources to inform stakeholders in target accounts about the advantages and safety of ELAHERE, as well as billing, coding, and companion diagnostic processes.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide account support regarding companion diagnostics, reimbursement, billing, coding, and patient assistance services in a compliant manner.
7. Demonstrate an understanding of complex account interdependencies to implement both short-term and long-term account strategies alongside various stakeholders, while proactively working with the Strategic Account Manager to execute the account plan effectively.
8. Share insights and best practices within the organization.
9. Develop well-structured business plans that align with brand strategies and allocate promotional resources effectively and compliantly to drive strong business outcomes.
10. Display mastery in analyzing business dynamics, product knowledge, technical challenges, and the evolving market landscape.
11. Influence beyond the immediate geography or product area by posing strategic and insightful questions to gather information on customer needs from all oncology account stakeholders.
12. Actively engage in all product, skills, and corporate training to enhance personal and team capabilities.
13. Maintain a patient-centered approach while building and nurturing positive relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
14. Demonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
15. Compliantly drive demand generation efforts with prescribers.
16. Identify and analyze trends within a complex purchasing environment, including various drug distribution channels, Oncology GPOs, wholesalers, and specialty pharmacies. Assess patterns in product purchases and prescriptions, outpatient versus inpatient infusion, and hospital contracts.

Adhere to company compliance guidelines, policies, and procedures.
