We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager/Chief Engineer to join our team at Tyler Bloom Consulting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight of our facilities maintenance department.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and guidance to the maintenance team, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Facilities Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment, to ensure that they are in good working condition and meet the needs of our members and guests.
- Record Keeping and Communication: Maintain accurate records of facilities maintenance, including construction plans and documentation, and communicate effectively with management and staff to ensure that all facilities are properly maintained.
- Vendor Coordination and Daily Operations: Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure that all facilities are properly maintained and that all necessary repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all facilities are in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and that all safety protocols are followed to ensure the well-being of our members and guests.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering field or facilities management.
- Experience: 5-10+ years of experience in engineering or facilities management, with 3-5+ years of management experience.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) are a plus.
- Salary: $100,000 - $175,000 depending on experience.
- Annual Bonus: Eligible for annual bonus.
- Health Insurance: Includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- PTO/Vacation: Eligible for PTO and vacation time.
- Monthly Car Allowance: Eligible for monthly car allowance.
