Key Responsibilities:
  • Review daily menus and production records for guidance.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum age of 21 years.
  • At least two years of experience in a professional kitchen setting, whether institutional or full-service.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Possession of a valid food handler's permit and any other necessary certifications as mandated by local regulations.
  • Understanding of food safety protocols, including temperature control and sanitation practices.
  • Compliance with local health regulations.
