POSITION SUMMARY:

In the role of Project Manager, you will oversee multiple intricate projects simultaneously (across various phases, applications, and locations), ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with the defined scope. You will lead internal teams to guarantee the punctual completion of ongoing projects.

REPORTING STRUCTURE:

ROLE DETAILS:

Department: Enterprise Systems Group

Billable Hours Target: 80% of worked hours

Employment Type: Full Time

Travel Requirements: Minimal as necessary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, organize, direct, and monitor the activities of the project team members.
  • Maintain comprehensive oversight of client relationships, project timelines, budgets, and scopes.
  • Ensure that adequate resources and funding are available for the successful completion of all project tasks.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders, including Support, Development, Executive Management, and Finance.
  • Prepare essential management documents (Project Plan, Project Change Orders, and Project Lists) and utilize these to guide the project. Track the status of deliverables and any decisions related to Project Change Requests and outstanding issues.
  • Inform client stakeholders of project challenges and propose solutions to address them.
  • Maintain regular communication with the Client Project Manager, providing updates on project progress.
  • Ensure that commitments and modifications to commitments arising from requirements are negotiated with relevant parties.
  • For approved Project Change Orders, revise all documentation and project work plans to reflect changes in requirements and commitments.
  • Champion and adhere to established implementation methodologies.
  • Identify risks and manage/mitigate them effectively.
  • Ensure that project-related documentation is updated and delivered punctually.
  • Assist in the development of Project Management practices as necessary.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES:

  • Act as the primary contact for Epicor resources, including scheduling, secondary installations, configurations, and training.
  • Maintain daily timesheets and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and SharePoint.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • PMP/Prince Certification preferred.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

  • Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Perform all administrative functions expected at this level.
