Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with multiple levels of staff to finalize project plan presentations and establish timelines, deadlines, and schedule meetings.
  • Organize, track, and maintain project and program documentation, including coordinating with staff to prepare materials for program meetings.
  • Assist with processing staff expense reports and adjudicate issues, as well as participate in project/program meetings as requested.
  • Support special projects and tasks from functional areas that support the Tactical Communication (TCOM) Systems Business Area.
Qualifications
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related technical discipline.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks involving complex and varying problems.
  • Ability to learn new tools and processes as related to technology and software, with a willingness to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a high level of confidence and self-motivation.
Benefits

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $18 - $36/hour. L3Harris offers a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), EAP, and company-paid holidays.
