Lemery Connects Recruiting & Consulting is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team and HR functions.

This role will be responsible for record-keeping, setting up meetings, onboarding new employees, and working closely with the Benefits Manager to ensure HR processes and procedures are organized and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record Keeping and Documentation:
    • Maintain and organize company records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Assist with the preparation and management of documents required for HR and executive functions.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination:
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and events for the executive team and other departments.
    • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Onboarding and HR Support:
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and systems are updated.
    • Collaborate with the Benefits Administrator to maintain organized HR processes and procedures.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Provide general administrative support to the Corporate office and executives as needed.
    • Manage calendars, arrange travel, and handle correspondence.
Requirements
  • Must-Haves:
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
    • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Experience with HR software and systems.
    • Basic knowledge of HR compliance and regulatory requirements.
    • Must be able to work in the office.
  • Preferred:
    • Previous experience in an HR or administrative role.
    • Familiarity with coordinating meetings and events.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
