Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Manager - Mental Health Services to join our team at Stefanini. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

The Residential Manager will oversee the daily operations of our residential facility, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care and support. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in residential management, preferably in mental health services.

This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with staff, residents, and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing facilities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage staff, including conducting regular performance evaluations and providing training and development opportunities.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential facility, including maintenance, housekeeping, and meal service.
  • Develop and implement programs and services to support resident well-being and recovery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including those related to safety, health, and welfare.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a related field, such as social work or psychology.
  • At least 5 years of experience in residential management, preferably in mental health services.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with staff, residents, and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to residential care.
